I made this drink yesterday based on the recipe in Nourishing Traditions and it's quite good and refreshing:
1/4 cup whey (buy Stonyfield organic whole milk yogurt and place in a towel-lined seive and let the whey drip into a bowl for several hours...what's left in the towel is delicious cream cheese)
juice of one lemon (2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice)
1 cup water
1 stevia packet
Mix and enjoy!

Finish laundry (too muggy for it all to dry yesterday)
bake bread for Bubby
pack re-enacting boxes
sew a new shift for Bubby
sew hubby's caftan
put up broccoli and perhaps start saurkraut
splash in the pool with Bubby
Dinner tonight is either going to be salmon spread with crackers and celery or keilbasa with baked beans and saurkraut. It depends on how hot it gets. If it's too hot to turn on the stove, then I'll do the salmon spread.
