I love hand-sewing

I love hand-sewing. It's relaxing, peaceful, simple and an easy task to do while watching the children. I love how the garments turn out when finished by hand. There's just something old-fashioned and beautiful about hand-sewn items. Right now, I'm hand-sewing a ribbon collar onto my daughter's Resurrection Sunday dress.
