I had had some brown discharge previous and found out by ultrasound that there was no heartbeat. Then sitting around for blood tests to find out my blood type in case i would hemorrage with lots of young pregnant women. That night I flooded.. Ihad never seen so much blood, I lay on the toilet floor while my man rang an ambulance. I had to have two bags of blood and my blood pressure dropped to 10/20. I found that peaceful place just before you die. After 5 hours of stablising me, I had a D and C.

I am totally terrified of going through that again but long so badly for another baby. Ihave two adult children and want to be here for them, I truly hope that they will keep a closer eye on me if I do fall pregnant again. I hate that I long so much and keep trying yet fear the possibility of death with it as well.

I continue to struggle with this, but also seeing lots of women pregnant or with new borns, they seem to be everywhere... a strange feeling I get is that I am like a barron woman and too old. I am 36 years old, and I fear that in time my man will want to leave me for someone younger, although this is not a reality.

Thank you for allowing me to share my story also. I do not have anyone who understands, although they may have miscarried, they did not nearly die and that is what I find the hardest at this stage.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12669756.post-33757317118904330032008-06-11T14:54:00.000-04:002008-06-11T14:54:00.000-04:00Thank you for your post. It has been a bizarre experience-the loss, the reactions of people, and realizing how close I came to dying.

Also, thank you for your references to Christ. As a person of faith myself, I found those it very comforting.

Again, thank you.A bad influencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17927062280073336817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12669756.post-70013195446440767372008-03-13T16:34:00.000-04:002008-03-13T16:34:00.000-04:00Thank-you for sharing your story. It was the most emotionally painful thing I have ever experienced. I know that God had a reason for taking my baby but that doesn't help the crushing pain that I feel every day. Reading your experience helped. Thank-you for having the courage to share, especially for those of us who don't.

Juliejjhhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01619442222811065066noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12669756.post-12801889809060428272007-06-22T17:23:00.000-04:002007-06-22T17:23:00.000-04:00Thank you for sharing this story, it is like real....Thank you for sharing this story, it is like real...
